  1. Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied. The day you receive your item, as confirmed by our delivery tracking system, marks the start of the 14 days.

  2. Initiate Your Return: To begin your return, visit the contact page on our site to generate a return label, or contact our customer service team at info@daybreaksun.com. Although it's a no-questions-asked policy, we'd appreciate any feedback you're willing to share to help us improve our products and services.

  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is initiated, you'll receive a return shipping label with instructions on how to send the product back to us. 

  4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at  info@daybreaksun.com.

Damages and issues
